Modeled as a burgher wearing a blue hat with a removable crown forming the stopper, a wide ruff, a flower-patterned white jacket affixed at the back with a foliate-decorated S-scroll handle, white flowered trousers, white stockings and blue shoes, his hands clasping his ample belly, and seated on a mound decorated with blossoms and scrolling foliage; in the front a hole for a spigot and tap.
