A Heart-shaped White Delftware Strainer
Heart-shaped strainer on three feet. These small strainers were probably intended for making pastries. They come in many models.
Unpainted white Delft pottery is produced for decorative work and for vessels. The white tin glaze is creamy white to greyish white and sometimes a pink tinge appears. The white Delft is usually not marked.
