This pair of Delft Blue Dishes is decorated in the manner of the Oriental kraak porcelain in the **Wan-li** style. The rim is decorated in panels which alternating depict a sitting figure in a landscape and a stylized floral decoration.
The center depicts three oriental figures sitting in a porch in a landscape.
Typical for **Kraak porcelain** with a panelled rim-decoration is that the panels continue to the centre. The Delft artist has copied this specific element as well.
