A Pair of Standing Cows in Polychrome Dutch Delftware

The pelt has manganese and iron-red spots, the back is coloured yellow and their snouts are featured in blue. Their horns are done in gold.
Once a year the members of the Delft gilde of butchers would decorate their breed with flowers en let them parade trough the streets. Sometimes they would even make the horns look like gold.
